In the manufacturing process, high-performance alloys such as carbon steel, stainless steel (SS304/SS316), Hastelloy, and Monel are used. The reactor vessel, agitator shaft, appropriate agitation system, heating/cooling jackets, and necessary nozzles are carefully fabricated. All welds are performed by certified personnel and subjected to comprehensive NDT tests and hydrostatic pressure tests.
