Our ASME Section VIII certified pressure vessels, designed for industrial applications operating at pressures up to 5000 PSI, are engineered to deliver maximum safety, durability, and performance. Throughout the design phase, strict compliance with international standards is ensured, with detailed engineering calculations, precise material selection, and qualified welding procedures carefully implemented. Each vessel is optimized to withstand demanding operating conditions while maintaining long-term structural integrity. During the manufacturing process, high-quality carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialized alloy materials are utilized, and all welding operations are carried out by certified professionals. Comprehensive quality control procedures—including non-destructive testing (NDT), hydrostatic pressure testing, and dimensional inspections—are conducted prior to delivery. These rigorous inspections guarantee safety, leak-tightness, and operational reliability at the highest level. Widely used in industries such as petrochemical, energy, chemical processing, food production, and heavy industry, our pressure vessels can be customized to meet specific project requirements, including special dimensions, nozzle configurations, and internal coatings. We design and install comprehensive field piping systems for the safe and efficient transfer of fluids, gases, and process materials in industrial facilities. Each project undergoes a full engineering process—including flow calculations, pipe routing, and material selection—in compliance with international standards (ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3). We meet all process requirements with a wide range of materials, primarily carbon steel, stainless steel, and special alloy pipes. During installation, our certified welding teams apply rigorous quality control procedures supported by non-destructive testing (NDT) methods. Flanged, welded, or threaded pipe connections, custom supports and hanger systems are completed, and the system is commissioned after pressure and temperature testing. With thousands of meters of piping experience in petrochemical, energy, food, and chemical sectors, we offer rapid installation, reliable workmanship, and comprehensive technical documentation. We also provide integrated solutions for revision and expansion projects of existing facilities.

We fabricate and install high-strength structural steel for industrial buildings, factories, storage facilities, and infrastructure projects. During the design phase, static calculations, 3D modeling, and detailed engineering drawings are prepared in full compliance with EN 1090 and other international standards. Working with S235, S275, S355, and high-strength steel grades, we optimally meet the structural requirements of every project. In our workshops, CNC cutting, bending, drilling, and welding operations are meticulously carried out by our certified personnel. Our TÜV Austria-approved EN 1090 and EN ISO 3834-2 certifications internationally validate our manufacturing quality. During the site erection phase, occupational safety protocols and assembly plans that meet all project requirements are implemented. We are committed to delivering industrial steel structures, bridges, steel scaffolding, and custom load-bearing systems of all scales on time and within budget.

We design and install complete water treatment and wastewater treatment systems for the water management needs of industrial, municipal, and commercial facilities. The project scope includes a wide range of solutions including raw water pre-treatment, deionization, reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration, UV sterilization, and biological treatment systems. Each system is custom-sized according to the facility's process requirements and flow capacities. During the equipment manufacturing phase, pressure filter tanks, sedimentation basins, chemical dosing units, and control panels are produced in our own facilities. This ensures end-to-end quality control in the supply chain and optimizes delivery times. With completed projects in the chemical, petrochemical, food & beverage, and municipal sectors, we deliver systems that achieve the desired standards in treatment capacity and efficiency, are easy to maintain, and have a long service life. We offer comprehensive mechanical processing services for industrial equipment manufacturing and maintenance. Thanks to our wide machine park including CNC lathes, milling machines, grinding, and drilling equipment, we perform high-tolerance manufacturing from small parts to large industrial components. We respond as quickly as possible to our customers' needs in custom part manufacturing, spare part production, and overhaul work. Within the scope of welding services, we work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and special alloys using WPQR-certified welding personnel applying techniques such as TIG, MIG/MAG, stick electrode, and special process welding. Every welding operation is supported by required NDT tests and dimensional inspections. During the mechanical assembly phase, piping, valve and fitting installation, pump and compressor installation, and complete plant installation services are provided. All work carried out at our site and workshop is documented with calibration-certified measuring equipment.

We design and manufacture high-performance reactor systems compliant with ASME and PED standards for conducting chemical reactions in a controlled environment. Our reactors for the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors are equipped with precise temperature and pressure control, efficient mixing mechanisms, and advanced safety systems. Each reactor is custom-engineered and manufactured according to the customer's process parameters (reaction type, temperature range, agitation speed, etc.). In the manufacturing process, high-performance alloys such as carbon steel, stainless steel (SS304/SS316), Hastelloy, and Monel are used. The reactor vessel, agitator shaft, appropriate agitation system, heating/cooling jackets, and necessary nozzles are carefully fabricated. All welds are performed by certified personnel and subjected to comprehensive NDT tests and hydrostatic pressure tests. We offer complete solutions from pilot-scale laboratory reactors to large-capacity industrial reactors. With our assembly and commissioning support, your reactor system is brought into operation to meet the specified performance standards of your project.

We design, fabricate, and install atmospheric and pressurized storage tanks in accordance with API 650, API 620, and customer specifications. We provide solutions for a wide range of liquid and gas storage needs including crude oil, chemicals, liquefied gases, fuels, and water. The capacity range extends from small-volume process tanks to large tank farms with tens of thousands of cubic meters of capacity. During the design phase, material selection is made considering the chemical properties, operating temperature, and pressure of the stored product. In addition to carbon steel, stainless steel, and special alloy shell options, internal lining and insulation systems are also determined and applied according to the application. With our specialized experience in fixed roof, floating roof, and cone-bottom tank designs, we meet the most demanding project requirements. Our project delivery package is comprehensive, including corrosion coating tests, leak tests, and documentation. We also provide integrated service for repair, capacity expansion, and dimensional adaptation of existing tanks.

We design and manufacture process equipment for project-based custom requirements not available in standard product catalogs. Realized according to the customer's technical specifications, drawings, or concept design, these items cover pressure vessels, heat exchangers, agitated tanks, skid systems, and other process components. Our engineering team works in continuous interaction with the customer at every stage from initial technical consultation to final approval. Through our in-house design resources, we offer 3D CAD modeling, stress analysis (FEA), pressure vessel calculations (ASME / PED), and material selection services. In addition to prototype production and small-batch manufacturing, we also provide reliable solutions for large-scale project deliveries. Each custom production is delivered with a comprehensive testing procedure and documentation package.
